Focusing on both residential and investment homes, Craig Powers works with a top-notch team to advise clients on market conditions, appraise property values, prepare legal documents, and coordinate property closings.

Strongly committed to facilitating successful client outcomes, Mr. Powers prioritizes clear, efficient communication, keeping buyers and sellers fully informed at each stage of the process. Mr. Powers has received the Best of Zillow Customer Service Award and a Zillow Premier Agent Award.

In addition to his role with JPAR, Craig Powers owns Shear Solutions of Texas, which sells new salon shears and provides mobile sharpening and restoration services. As part of his business development for the company, he helped acquire 80 client contacts in the first six months of operation.
